      * issue w/ voltage tracking seems to be that the output must be turned off before voltage tracking is toggled, but will have to check on machine

   * looked into adding controls for voltage tracking and remote lock, ran into some issues
   * created github repository for GUI and for the modules we've written to control specific PSUs
